Hi, I’m Dawn. I've gained many life experiences prior to re-training as a

life coach, running my own global business being one of these.  Overcoming fears, major changes, and learning how to reduce anxiety and stress are all areas I've experienced.

I draw upon cognitive behavioural therapy techniques.  This approach encourages clients to fully explore the core issues at hand, enabling them to create better positive behaviours and outcomes, gain focus and improve mental health.

 My home, with beautiful countryside views is peaceful, light and welcoming. It’s the ideal setting for focused one-to-one life coaching.  I also work online and by phone if more suitable for your schedule and location.

Based in Keynsham, I'm conveniently situated between Bristol and Bath, close to the main transport links, and with ample parking.
